Bradley Adkins is a former professional track and field athlete and world class high jumper.
Bradley has been using his platform to speak at schools and share the gospel through FCA events for several years, but officially joined FCA Staff at the start of 2020. As an Area Representative, Bradley's focus is serving middle school campuses around Lubbock. Additionally, Bradley serves as a Chaplain at Texas Tech University.
Bradley is originally from Idalou, where he excelled in all sports twice being named the 2A Athlete of the Year in Texas during 2010 and 2011. Bradley was a key part to Idalou's historic run as one of the rare schools in Texas UIL history to win State Championships in Football and Basketball in the same year. He was also an individual State Champion in Track and Field earning him a scholarship to Texas Tech University, where he was a 7-time All-American High Jumper and 2014 Big 12 Outdoor High Jump Champion. He earned 2 silver medals at the National Championships to his Tech teammates, becoming the first school with teammates to place first and second at Nationals.
Among many other accolades, Bradley is most notably recognized for qualifying for the USA Track and Field team and competing in high jump at the 2016 Rio Olympics.
Bradely and his wife, Maggie, who played volleyball at Texas Tech, were married in 2020.
